- 18 books covering the period 1147-2019;
- 30 maps original & reproduction 1590-1973;
- four original paintings and drawings 1699-c. 1890;
- nine indentures 1774-1903;
- census returns 1841-1911 and the 1939 Register;
- numerous 20th century photographs;
- 42 postcards 1900s-1950s;
- 1950s ciné film of fetes at Hanley Swan;
- 2009 extensive audio recordings of his time in the parish by Charlie Williams (1923-2011).
